Third he was a great shepherd.As a Bishop of what is today three dioceses (Thumpamon, Niranom and Quilon) he has built many churches and schools ,looked after the sick and the destitute, preached the Gospel and brought many into the fold, settled quarrels and disputes, prayed and removed epidemic diseases like small pox and was continously pouring out his life for the sake of his flock.That is the mark of the God Sheperd
